Hold the singing bowl in the palm of your hand, ensuring that it is secure and stable.
Gently strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet, using light to medium pressure. Now lightly move the mallet around the rim of the bowl in a circular motion. This will create a resonant and soothing sound. Allow the vibrations to resonate and fill the space, focusing on the sound and sensation it produces. Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present in the moment.

- Store the bowl in a safe and dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the bowl and remove any dust or debris. Avoid using any hard material or abrasive on the engraved surface
